The number of heart beats during pregnancy increases, however, if it becomes not regular which I think is what is happening with you, I advise you to see a hear doctor to ch make sure you are well. Regards

Sometimes, periods may not be regular, this may be due to hormonal changes, this may be related to the psychological conditions, therefore, some women after marriage may become more relaxed and this make their hormone better organized and the period more regular. BUT marriage its self does not affect the hormones. Regards
