This vaccine gives protection for 5 years, therefore no need to be repeated if the last injection was less than 5 years. It is recommended to be giving after the 5th month of pregnancy. May I suggest that your relative deliver in a hospital this time in a hope this may reduce the complications which may happen to women who delivered several times in the past. Regards

If your pregnancy is smooth, I suggest you wait for labour to start, I can't find a reason for a caesarean section at this stage, besides , if you are still pregnant beyond your due date+ 10 days, your doctor may suggest giving your medicine to start labour, please don't rush to unnecessary caesarean section. Some women may use Parlodel tablets to stop breast feeding. You mentioned that your breast milk has stopped or hugely reduced, this drug is not going to help you re-establish breast feeding, therefore I advise you to stop using it. There are, however, some drugs which may help in breast feeding, I think 15 days after stopping breast feeding and 6 months after delivery are unlikely to be effective. Discuss with the baby doctors your choice of formula milk. Regards,
