if you are talking about the vagina not the outside skin, I dont think there is a reason for that. This may change the balance betwen the good and the bad organisms inside the vagina and increase the risk of infection, therefore I advised against doing that. Regards

اذا حدث هذا الامر لاول مرة فعليك المراقبة فقط ومراجعة الطبيب في حال وجود تكرار الامر، وقد يحدث هذا الامر في حال وجود حمل فمن الممكن عمل اختبار الحمل للتاكد من وجود حمل.

The causes are usually related to pregnancies and deliveries, in adition, getting older. Surgery is the treatment for that, however, we have to consider if you would like to have more children or not, it is not possible to talk in details about when to or not to have the surgery. it would be better if you talk to a gynaecologist face to face about that.
