It is difficult to know the nature of these masses based on what you mentioned in your comments, therefore I advise you to see your doctor for examination. Regarding your periods, I am not sure if this is the pattern that you are used to or a recent chance, and if recent, for how long it has been going on, there are many reasons for period irrigularities.
