if you have this condition ( i assume you have been evaluated by a doctor), the best thing to do is to treat the cause if it is known, in addition get tablets that may increase the ovulation chances, this should be under the supervision of your doctor after complete evaluation. Regarding the herbs you mentioned, I am sure no body can give you an answer based on science, therefore i will not recommend them. Regards

taking your age in to consideration, I dont think you have enough time to wait for "natural pregnancy", thereore IVF is the way forward, the sooner you do that the better. Regards

In this case and if the fibriod is not affecting the shape of the cavity of the uterus, i suggest you try and get pregnant should you wish,it would be wise to keep an eye on the size of the fibroid by having an ultrasound scan every year. Regards
