The best thing to do is to see your doctor. I think you should have some investigation to try and find a cause, sometimes the "milk" hormone may be increased, if this is the case, depending on the level of the hormone, your doctor may ask for certain types of X raya to examine the gland in the brain that secretes the hormone. You cant do anything to prevent that, i am not sure if this is your first miscarriage or more, if three or more miscarriages you have to have some investigations to try and find a cause. Regards

You are supposed to be 10 weeks pregnant, the measurement of the baby should be around 34 mm, and baby's heart beats should be seen,. However sometimes pregnancy may happen at a later date, therefore, if your baby's hearts beats are present, you should be OK, as we should be able to see the heart beats once the baby is 4-6 mm or more. This blood is abnormal ( we call it postmenopausal bleeding) and should investigated, please ask your mother to see her doctor sooner rather than later. The investigations may include ultrasound scan to examine the uterus and ovaries, in addition , may need camera examination of the cavity of the uterus and to collect a sample from the lining of the uterus for examination under the microscope.
