if this is the only abnormal period you had over the last few months, I suggest you observe your periods for the next three months, If the period becomes irrigular or if you develop bleeding between your periods, I advise you to see your doctor . Regards

In every pregnancy a small cyst develops in the ovary that procuced the egg, this cyst supports the pregnancy for the first 3 months, after that the placenta starts to support the pregnancy,this cyst resolves after three months, therefore dont worry about it. Regards.
