It is considered that a thickness of more than 15 mm is an indication that there may well be tissues remained inside the uterus. Now you have the choice, either to wait and repeat the ultrasound scan after 10-14 days, you may pass all the tissues remaining, or have the operation particularly if you have heavy bleeding. I advise your mother to see a doctor to try and find a cause for this heavy bleeding, while there may be some drugs that may reduce bleeding, however, the important issue is to exclude serious problems which are certainly not uncommon. Regards

In such conditions, we advise women who plan to get pregnant to take Folic acid 5 milligrams every day for around three months before pregnancy and during the early weeks of pregnancy. This is to try and reduce the chances of such birth defect happening again. So if you plan to get pregnant soon, it would be better to use it, however if you plan to get pregnant later , I suggest you start using it three months before the planned pregnancy. Such birth defect MAY BE related to the mother's age mainly if the age is over 40 or less than 19 years.Regards

if the dentist recommended the treatment then it should be OK, dont worry about the anaesthetic used , it is safe, over and above this, you can't leave a human with bad dental pain withour treatment. Regards
