By definition, you can't be pregnant and have a period, but bleeding in the early months of pregnancy is common, and caused by various reasons, and should always be evaluated to confirm that the pregnancy is OK. Rarely women may experience what seems to be a regular but usually very light bleeding at the time of their periods and this usually is caused by hormonal changes and not as NORMAL flow as a period. In summary bleeding is common in early pregnancy, women should seek medical advice should this happen. Regards.

The Birth Control Bills may not treat the cause of the period being nor regular. They make your periods regular, this mean that after you stop them, if the reason why they were not regular is still present, then they will remain Not regular. Regards

When we treat and advise patients with fertility problems, we don't depend only on lab results, we have to consider other factors, the test result you provided seems to be normal, however, other factors should be considered such as your husband's semen result, your age, if there are any reasons why you have not been able to get pregnant apart from " not having enough eggs". Please give us more details, certainly will come back to you with advices. There is always a chance with IVF. Regards
