Would you please tell us more about your sympotms, this will help us answer your question. How did you know the ovaries are enlarged? have you seen a doctor?. Sometimes women who suffer from pain in the tummy may think this is caused by problem in the ovary, this is not always true. Regards

This condition in various degrees in common after multiple deliveries like in your wife's case, you are correct when you said that it is psychologically affecting both of you. If your wife and yourself are sure you don't want any more children, surgery is the best treatment. Where we remove the uterus from the vagina and surgically correct other areas such as the bladder if it is affected. There is another way of helping your wife, where we use rings to push the uterus up to stay in the vaginal but this is not a permanent solution, and may affect intercourse. Regards
