Yes it is possible, such bleeding is usually smaller in amount and not as long as your normal period, also remember that bleeding during early pregnancy is common. If you think you might be pregnant , I advise you to do a pregnancy test. Regards

The MCH is low, may be you have reduced iron level in your body. Please tell us about the haemoglobin level. I am not sure why the CA125 was done? May be because your doctor discovered a cyst on the ovary??, the result is normal. Please tell us more details, we may be able to give you some answers. Regards

They are not normal to start with, but not rare during pregnancy, they may cause pain, discomfort or heaviness. In addition they may bleed during delivery. The good thing is that they usually disappear after delivery because the effect of pregnancy is resolved. There is no treatment for them during pregnancy, but your wife may take pain killers if needed. Regards
