It is advised to avoid Panderm during pregnancy except if the benefits are more than the risks, therefore you probably better to use less risky medicine such as Clotrimazole should that be necessary. I am not sure what was the result of the sample they collected from you, should you send me the result, I would comment on that. Regards

Such cysts usually resolve in 2 - 4 weeks, you don't have to do surgery to remove them. If you see your doctor during your next period, I am sure the cyst would have disappeared by that time. Regards
