Would you please tell us why the ovaries were removed? if both ovaries were removed you better take medicines that keeps you bone healthy, Livial is one of them. Regards

If this is the first time you have such condition, then don't worry, however, if it recurs over the next 2 - 3 months or you develop irregular bleeding, then you better see your gynaecologist to try and find a cause for this abnormal bleeding. Regards

Marriage its self should not be a problem, however regarding pregnancy, we have to know why the kidney and 3/4 of the other kidney were removed, what was the diagnoses, how is your blood pressure now. I think you nephrologist should give us detailed information about these questions, then we will discuss how this condition affects pregnancy and how pregnancy affects you kidney disease. It is not a simple yes or no question, it needs thorough evaluation. Regards

There is always a possibility of pregnancy. Please do a pregnancy test. Regards
