Ketofen should not affect ovulation, but there may well be delay in fertility in women who have this disease mostly for unknown reasons, we can't predict what will happen to those painful attacks during pregnancy, as women may have less frequent, more frequent attacks or no change in the number of those attacks. Studies have shown that giving women medicine called Colchicine improves fertility, this drug is safe during pregnancy, and the dose may have to be increased if the painful attacks increase during pregnancy. My advice: get the disease under control before planning to get pregnant and make sure you are looked after by an Obstetrician and your doctor. Regards

There should not be a significant difference in the sizes of the breasts that you may notice, they should be equal in size to you. I advise you to see a breast surgeon me try and find out why they are not of similar size. Regards

The uterus of a woman who gave birth several times before is slightly larger than that of a woman who had never been pregnant. Now, do you have any problems such as irregular periods, pain, painful periods....., if no then I don't think you need anything done to the uterus, this finding is just normal. If, however, the large uterus is due to fibroids, then we need to know how big those fibroids are before we advise you more. Regards.
