يجب عمل فحص الهشاشة DXA SCAN لمعرفه وجود هشاشه من عدمه.. حيث ان احتمالات وجود الهشاشة بهذا العمر عند الرجال ليست كبيره

By its name Discectomy surgery is for leg pain and not back pain.. so if you have leg pain only not responding to medical treatment and physical therapy or if you have severe pain interfering with your activity or if you have muscle weakness due to pinched nerve root.. then Discectomy alone weather microscopic or open is the right choice for you.. but if you are complaining of back pain alone then you might be having degenerative changes in your back (wear and tear ) then you might need fusion surgery for your back
