Hi. The ideal treatment for overactive thyroid gland is medical. Thyrozol is an ideal treatment for your condition. But u may need to take it for long period of time (years) to get disease remission. Bear in mind that thyrozol by itself can reduce the size of ur thyroid.If u don't like that or if your dose requirement is high to get normal thyroid function tests or if ur thyroid gland is obviously large and causing some troubles with swallowing or choking sensations then u need to think about doing surgery or receiving radio-iodine treatment.Avlocardyl can cause insomnia (inability to sleep at night) and can be switched to concor (dose 2.5 to 5 mg) daily.There is a close association between having overactive thyroid and mood problems, anxiety, behavioral problems like nervousness and aggression but there is no convincing data to suggest a close correlation between having overactive thyroid and obsessions. Hi. Yes ''Honey moon phase'' is a known phenomenon that can develop in patients with type 1 diabetes who are taking insulin. Usually it lasts approximately 4 months in most of the patients but unfortunately relapse afterwards. Make sure that u keep monitor ur blood sugar even if it is normal those days. Please note that ''honey moon phase'' does not necessarily mean to stop insulin totally. Some patients they still need insulin but in small doses. Hope u find it useful.

Hi. The tests results are fine. I have no idea about ur age; However if u r interested in pregnancy or if u become pregnant in future then u need to do the blood tests periodically along with a blood test called ''thyroid antibody TPO''. Hope u find it useful.
