Hi. If  you have no symptoms of muscle cramps and tingling sensations in the hands and feet then no problem.However, u need to do further blood tests to find out the cause such as: serum  25(0H) vitamin D,PO4 and PTH, Magnesium and 24 hour urine collection for calcium.Treatment include Calcium carbonate at a dose of 500 mg BD along with one alpha vitamin D at a dose of 0.25 ug daily,Hope it is useful.

Hi. U need to do further blood tests to find out why the LH is low.U have to do a blood test for the milk hormone (prolactin).U have to do blood test to exclude having gluten insensitivity (called TTG IGA and IGG antibody). in addition to pituitary gland MRI.Meanwhile u need to optimize your daily calorie intake and avoid strenuous exercise.Hope u find it useul.

Hi. There is 2 approaches to your case.The first one is to keep taking carbimazole at 6 tablets per day but u need to take thyroxine simultaneously at a dose of 50 to 75 ug daily. redo thyroid function after 1 month.The second approach is to reduce the dose of carbimazole to 2 tablets daily and repeat the test after 1 month.Hope u find it useful.
