اثناء الاصابة بالحمي تكون درجة حرارة الجسم مرتفعة فما هو سبب شعور المريض بالبرودة والتي تسبب الارتعاش وهل يتم تغطيه المريض ام يتم تخفيف ملابسة

سبب الارتعاش هو انقباض العضلات وما ينتج عنا من حرارة لمحاولة رفع درجة الحرارة .. يتم تخفيف الملابس في الحالتين.

امى 55 سنه تشكو من التعب من المجهود عملنا اشعه مقطعيه عالبطن واختلف الاطباء البعض قال يوجد اورام بالكبد والبعض قال لا يوجد هذا تقرير الاشعه ارجو افادتى هل توجد اورام خبيثه The average size of the liver appears and displays the diffuse texture hypodense slightly suggestive of fatty infiltration Few lesions coordination hypodense about 5 seen in both lobes of the liver and the largest one in the RT Lobe measures about 22 20MM sector 7 and the largest in 2 LT lobe measures about 45 4CM and 8 7cm seen in segments 3 and 4A B These lesions appear to strengthen thick ring is a regular in the arteries and veins stages It also shows a light fill the contrast of the central and peripheral part failed to moderate delay either the picture suggests metastatic deposits for further workup to search for primary education Seen any evidence of clogged bile ducts And looks at the portal vein and its branches Patents Shows the average size of the spleen No coordination lesions Show bitterness natural features seen any stones or evidence of inflammation Shows ltkidney measures astone about25cm seen at the bottom of the cup portion No hydronephrosis seen RT adrenal gland and kidney pancreas appear normal CT Features No evidence of lymphadenopathy in the abdomen Normal gastrointestinal CT features episodes Impression Some focal hepatic lesions suggestive of metastatic deposits to continue to work until including pelvic computed tomography to search for primary education as above Fatty infiltration of the liver a mild form Stone ltrenal

التقرير يوضح وجود ما يشبه الخلايا السرطانية المنتشرة للكبد دون معرفة المصدر الاولي ..ووجود حصوة في الكلية اليسرى.. من الافضل عمل صورة طبقية للحوض للاطمئنان عن عدم وجود ورم اولي خبيث ..لكن عادة ما يكون مصدر الانتشار للكبد من الجهاز الهضمي ...وهذا غير موجود بالتقرير وهو مطمئن نوعا ما..انصح بمتابعة الحالة من قبل اخصائي هضمية معروف لرؤية الصورة وليس التقرير فقط.
